Heineken is on the brink of launching their e-platform, eazle targeted to bar owners, restaurant managers, and vendors globally. To set the blueprint for that launch, we organized and facilitated a workshop with all stakeholders from brand and product to set the brand's objectives, KPIs, and activities.
The outcome of the workshop was a detailed communication framework and a set of precise brand strategies for both digital and offline platforms, paving the way for eazle's successful introduction to the market.
